About Tech Community Coalition
Tech Community Coalition is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation whose mission is to enable the community, collaboration, and education of technology professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators through charity and education including organizing and facilitating community events.
We believe that, as technology professionals, we have much to teach and learn from each other. We believe that opportunities for growth and professional development are greater when we get together.

As an international speaker, Warner has been invited to present to university students, technology professionals, and business leaders in a classroom setting as well as at conferences such as Startup Week, CloudDevelop, Path to Agility, InfoSec Summit, CodeMash, Security BSides, and DevOpsDays.
Warner is passionate about culture, innovation, and community. His passion reflects in his volunteer work leading organizations such as Ohio LinuxFest, LOPSA, DevOpsDays, and Toastmasters. The culmination of this work is the founding of Tech Community Coalition in 2016 where he currently serves as President.

Bill Clifford
Secretary
Bill leads teams of designers, developers and other subject matter experts in building effective solutions for clients across a broad range of industries, with a focus on Software-as-a-Service solutions for e-commerce. He works at the intersection of design, Agile, team building, and client services.
He is a longtime believer in building communities both online and off to develop and empower their members professionally and socially.
Bill is based in Columbus, Ohio where he works as an E-commerce Manager for WIN Brands Group.
Rachyl Kershaw
Director of Operations
In addition to working with Tech Community Coalition, Rachyl volunteers for several local non-profits, sits on the board of Community Shares of Mid-Ohio, serves as Coordinator for our local Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, and is the founder of Greater Columbus Consulting to facilitate her passion for helping small local organizations succeed. Rachyl is a lifelong Buckeye, with a degree from The Ohio State University, and over 20 years of professional experience in central Ohio. Rachyl enjoys leveraging her career experience in operations, data collection, analysis, and communication to help organizations become more sustainable and impactful. Rachyl loves travel, photography, and reading. She also enjoys both viewing and creating all kinds of art in her free time!
